My mother in law was told they would call a schedule her for an echocardiogram. She didn’t receive a call to schedule. When SHE then called to schedule was told there were only options were this Saturday or April 16th. After ANOTHER call it was found that she could come today 2/13/26 at 3pm. Well this morning she receives a call saying the machine for the echocardiogram was broken and they will have to reschedule but will call back to reschedule. 3 stars ONLY because Dr. Nanda is a great heart doctor but his supposed nurse imani or whoever she is IS AWFUL She shuttles you in with a group of other patients like you're cattle to get your weights and has the worst bedside manner!!!!
The office staff is terrible. They don’t pick up the phones and apparently don’t know how to return calls. Doctor and nurses take several days to respond to messages. The worst hospital in STL area. You are Fired DePaul and should be closed down.
Badly organized.
Heart and Vascular's front desk staff Neil is the absolute worst. He completely impacted my view of the office when I came to bring my father to his appointment, the reason I gave 3 stars was for the great experience we had with the other office staff
