Very friendly people, I have brought 4 kids there.They are so help and kinda, shout out to Lisa my kids find her comforting.
Have tried to call twice today, hours apart, to simply schedule an eye exam. Both times I've had to hang up after no one has answered after about 15 minutes. That is a ridiculous hold time to talk to the front desk. Who knows how long it would have taken for someone to answer. I'll have to look for different options, even though we went there last year.
Had cataract surgery done on both eyes by Bryce Aul. Him and His Team are excellent. Follow ups with Farzana Akter also excellent. From the Receptionist, Nurses, Dr's, Operation Room Staff They were All Excellent. Very down to earth, answered any questions, humor and reassuring. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience.
Great patient care. Jodie was very helpful and spoke loudly and clearly for my mother who is hard of hearing.
Not happy! Went there to have an annual eye exam, ended up costing me over $900! Unbelievable!
