The visit was okay, although the nurse practitioner wasn't wearing any PPE. They asked for my insurance information and accepted my co-pay but then I got billed for the balance and nobody will return my calls about billing. My insurance company was never billed. I've had this kind of surprise before with a shady urgent care clinic and I will not be going back to any SSM clinic if this is their SOP.
No issues with this Clinic. Nurse Practitioner was very nice and got right to the point. Was in an out with a diagnosis within 15 minutes.
