Signed up for a telehealth appointment. No one called or engaged with me via video call. They just told me to go get a COVID test and billed me. Despite the fact that I requested the appointment for issues unrelated/symptoms unrelated to COVID, at all. There is no customer service available; the people who answer the phone either cannot help or direct you to numbers that no one answers. Don't waste your time or money with "telehealth". This place is a joke.
Needed a TB test, all of the staff were very knowledgeable and so friendly! Also fast. Really appreciated their efficiency, turned a necessary chore into a pleasant experience! TB was $10 out of pocket but my insurance covered 100%.

The clinic has super nice staff, who took great care of me. I made appointment online and there was no waiting. Blake and Laura were wonderful.
