I have seen a nurse practitioner twice at their Walgreen's clinic in O'Fallon, MO. The NP that I saw was very kind and professional and I would recommend her to anyone. My problem was with their billing department! I paid my bill IN FULL on the day of service and both times I received bills in the mail for the same amount that I paid! I called their billing department to dispute the double charges and both times they were able to see that I had already paid in full and advised me to disregard the new bill.
