Close at 7 stop taking patients at 6. Traveled miles with a sick kid to have the receptionist run from the front desk as we walked in after she set a sign out that they took their last patient. Next day: so I give them a second chance, show up 30 minutes earlier and they have the sign up again. Properly staff your facility or change your posted hours. You've lost my families 13 year loyal relationship with this clinic.
First we'll woman appt in 10 years. I saw Dr Plumb and she was great 10/10 definitely recommend!
