I absolutely love this urgent care place all the staff are so friendly helpful they take great care of you and really help and get you answers not To mention super fast best place here to go in Shawnee dr Karen is absolutely amazing definitely recommend going here for any of your urgent care needs thank u ssmh urgent care
I went in with a broke foot they took x-ray said no break and sent me on my way knowing I can't hardly walk no crutches or anything I want be back they don't care about you they just run you thru like cattle no help at all now I wasted my time I hurt so bad now and can't walk at all now I have to go somewhere else in the morning I will not go back to Shawnee medical services

I’d give it 0 stars, Makayla or however you spell her name is a PA I have several issues and she basically said I need a doctor and the ER won’t help you my wife had a similar situation with her then she’s like you seem mad at me but I didn’t do anything and that’s just it I paid for a visit and you did NOTHING and i didn’t even say anything to her……. My son had a tick on his eye and I was told to come here by a different doctor and they wouldnt help me get it off bc he's not 12 mouth old and the way that the desk person rolled her eyes at me was disrespectful
