Takes too long to get you in and want to test for a bunch of things that you don’t need, Gotta pay those bills. Rude provider insisted if we don’t test then we’re bad parents, but we can do what we want to. Rude rude rude, Don’t question them they’ll get upset.
States that walk-ins are welcome and they close at 7. Arrived at 6:15 to be told they weren't accepting walk-ins. If you want to see the last patient by 7:00 pm, I would suggest changing your hours to 6:00 pm.
My husband had cut his hand on barbed wire last night. I looked up the hours of this urgent care clinic. It said they were open until 7pm. No problem. We got there at 6:25pm. We walked in and used that little kiosk thing and it said something to the effect that no appointment was found. My mom was feeling ill so I brought her to this urgent care. First negative is you have to register on a tablet, no human interaction. It asks you to list your reason for visit so we put all of her symptoms and one of them was that her blood pressure was high. We paid our copay and sat down to wait to be called. Within 5 min the nurse came out and said she couldn’t be seen here because they don’t treat high blood pressure and that we should try the cardiovascular hospital. This urgent care didn't even diagnose my family member. They instead told them to go to er, because of dizziness. They didn't offer any ambulance service to take them however put in the chart they did. They had someone e with them who also stated they didn't offer the ambulance service Just because someone is dizzy could be allergies, etc. They took their $25 and sent them on there way without a diagnoses. I would avoid this urgent care. Bad unprofessional service.
