My actual PCP told me to report the front desk lady Teri cycles. My son has asthma. Can’t breathe without medication. Made an appointment and TERI CYCLES. Let me know I can’t bring my child in if he’s currently not having trouble. I ran out of medicine and she gave me the hardest time when it came to him being seen.
If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what I’d give. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to offer any form of help or support. I came in clearly unwell and was met with indifference and dismissiveness. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way—especially in a medical setting where compassion and basic respect should be the minimum standard. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone seeking proper care.
They stopped my wife's meds so she would be forced to transfer doctors while pregnant with diabetes. Jennings and slayball are both under qualified doctors. Please take this into consideration when deciding the wellbeing of your child and you steer clear of this place! Just some friendly advice.
Would not honor lab work request from SSM doctors outside of their express clinic. Said SSM would not provide additional phlobototist, so they will not do any lab work for doctors outside of the clinic. Told me to go elsewhere
