Had a stroke and spent a lot of time here
Noticed 3 false diagnosis placed on my chart that wasn't previously there at the beginning of the year. The facility doesn't have patient advocates for guiding patient's through reporting strange things that pop up on your chart from them. They also are not saying who is creating the diagnosis. Scary stuff possibly going on here
These people are awesome. Really love them.
