I have used this place for my dermatology appointments in the past and they did a fantastic job. However, when I made an appointment recently, I had not gone in for a visit in a while and had to go through the new patient appointment. This had to be scheduled more than three months out, which you know is what it is. Things take time. I am proud to have Dr. Archbald as my dermatologist. I recommend anyone over 50 years old to get a skin check once a year. Dr. Archbald is very knowledgeable, and resolves any issue that I have. The Saints SSM My Chart is a very useful tool to communicate with you doctor.
Dr. Archibald and her staff are amazing! I haven't had this level of professional and empathetic bedside manner since before Covid. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in thr Healthcare system!!
Extremely satisfied with the care I receive here. The staff is friendly and the provider I see is excellent! Based on my positive experience, I recommend SSM Derm. I would be remiss if I did not mention that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they rescheduled my appointment twice in a row without great reason or convenient times to reschedule. I do not think this is the norm, but deserves mention.
The doctors here are great, but good luck getting ahold of anyone to talk to schedule an appointment or refill a prescription. I called SIX times over the span of a day, and I sat on hold for over thirty minutes each time. I wasn't able to fill the prescription I NEEDED, and no body has called me back. I called every extension on the phone number, and no answer.
