I came to Sarah for a preventative care visit and they took blood tests and did other tests that I now owe hundreds of dollars for, but they had talked like it was preventative. I called to get these billing codes changed and Sarah's office would not do so and said they shouldn't be changed. I didn't have these issues with my previous physician. Otherwise she seemed like a nice doctor and this was my 2nd preventative care visit with them. First visit I didn't have these billing code issues even though my health hasn't change... read more
Sarah has been a great doctor for us. She treats my wife and I with respect, waits for us to finish telling her of our symptoms, and then discusses treatment options with us. She doesn't talk down to us, nor does she talk over our heads. She does her best with her skillset to diagnose us and is not afraid to consult an outside specialist, or at least refer us, when something is outside her expertise.
