I’ve been dealing with Dean neurology for the last two months and it’s been absolutely terrible. Zero communication and no empathy for people in pain. I’ve been waiting for my MRI results for weeks and without any explanation and they refer me to ENT??? Absolutely insane. The people that are supposed to be helping me are creating stress and lots of back and forth that doesn’t need to happen.
