I have never really had an issue here until today. My appointment was canceled last minute and then when I tried rescheduling, the scheduling lady was rude and condescending. She told me I wasn’t able to see my doctor that I have been seeing for 22 years because my doctor was working out of the neighboring town and not my town. Great first experience with my new PCP, Dr. Cheryl Gehin! Very personable doctor, non-rushed appointment and every question was answered thoroughly! She gave me multiple options for my care plan. At first I was disappointed to leave my original PCP when changing insurance, but Dr. Gehin is amazing and I'm looking forward to continuing care. The SSM Dean Medical clinic itself is larger than it looks; it's a mostly updated multi-floor facility with multiple specialities and primary care.
