Life saving addiction medicine unit. Can't say enough good things about the whole staff, I've been with them 10 years. Their assistance has surely helped me change my life.
Do not go their Addiction Specialists. They have little to know knowledge of opiate analogous. Will not help fir benzo tapers. Never again. Call Rogers Hospital for better help
my wife and i had our three year old and two dogs on a camping trip to devils lake state park when my wife had a ice pack break in her eyes we came here as it’s the closest emergency room only to have staff forcefully hold my wife down and one male nurse spat in her face will not return here even if it’s life threatening worse staff ever!
If I were rating just my PCP and the provider I had the other day, it would be 5 stars. My dr is wonderful (probably why she has a longer wait for appointments). She's very thorough, explains things and makes sure I understand, and answers all of my questions. On the other hand, almost every other position has had someone that should perhaps rethink their job choice. Some of the receptionists are very impatient, rude, and cold. I went in for a consult & decided to do my routine annual lab work while there. Got a bill for over 1200$ for the same labwork I did 1 year before that my insurance covered & was still going to cover this year if they submit it right. SSM was not willing to resubmit with the appropriate coding so they are trying to get the money from me instead of the insurance company. Very disappointed patient & will fight 4 justice!
