They were so mean to me all the nurses and the doctor would not give me medicine that hes been giving me and left me in pain. They don't care at all. You are just another number there to them. No body cares at this place
I like my doctor a lot. However, wait times are terrible. They also messed up my lab order TWICE, so I had to come in three times to get labs drawn because they ran the wrong test and forgot one test altogether (and of course tried to charge me for all of it). Ridiculous
I have been going to this clinic since they were in the first location. Since Covid, things have really gone downhill. It is nearly impossible to get in for anything unless you call 6 months ahead of time and you will likely get better treatment at urgent care. Called last week to get a strep test done and was met with an extremely rude receptionist on the phone who didn't even let me finish what I was saying before she interrupted me to say "we have no appointments today.
