So. This has to be like the fifth time in a row I have called only to be put on hold and hung up on. I like the doctors. But this is ridiculous! As well as not professional. Putting people on hold for over 30 minutes one time and then 10 minutes the next time to hang up on them. The office staff is a joke! It’s really a shame that good doctors can’t see patients when the office staff can’t or won’t answer the phone! I called back repeatedly just to get no one to answer the call. Every provider we have seen here exceeds expectations. Marty and Dr Molitor we're who we saw most often. Very personable and knowledgeable. My son was having issues with his vision and Dr Molitor went above and beyond and even called 2 times after the visit, once well after office hours, because he was concerned. There was never a time when they didn't get one of my sick kids in, same day. Sadly I had to switch to Mercy insurance which means only Mercy peds is covered. Highly recommend this office.
Best pediatricians EVER. Dr. Lafitte is by far the most caring, compassionate, understanding, and supportive doctor I’ve ever met. He is so great with my kids. I have two neurodivergent kids and he just gets them so well. We are very thankful for this whole practice and could not recommend this office enough. All of the providers here are great and well trained and educated on so many different things and make you as a parent feel informed and validated. Not all pediatricians do that.
