Always a great experience at this facility. Easy to schedule, fantastic providers, and front desk staff is very polite and professional.
Poor customer service. The doctor called in sick after we had already driven 45 minutes to make our appointment. So in total we drove 1.5 hours for no purpose. I understand doctors get sick like the rest of us. However, we made an appointment because our child is sick. Now that the doctor called in sick best you can do is push us out for 3 weeks? It's obvious when you reschedule someone for 3 weeks out you don't care about the patient's health. They absolutely need a better process to make up appointments that are canceled b... read more
