Dr. Baker and his assistant Todd have absolutely no bedside manner when it comes to children. Blunt. I mean not a single smile from either. Immediately went to surgery rather than discuss other options. It felt like they saw a bag of money rather than my child. When I asked to speak with the actual surgeon dr baker what he said contradicted the assistant completely and they tried to play it off. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Idk how many times you have to call to get a si glue appointment with an ENT but it’s beyond ridiculous
The doctors were wonderful, Emily and dr Cruise. The women at the front desk treated us awful and made us feel like they didn’t want to treat us. We are self pay by CHOICE, and the women at the front desk made a huge ordeal about whether we could afford the bill for the treatment for my son’s eyes without insurance. I am absolutely disgusted by these women and the way they treated my family, and with multiple options for children’s ophthalmology I would consider other options before coming here for my children in the future.
We came to Cardinal Glennon for another opinion on my grandson and I cannot be more happy with the way the doctors treated my kids and my grandson. We got a diagnosis with only a few hours. We were with mu hospital for 8 months and never found nothing out. Look forward to the doctors working with my grandson even more
