Visited for ENT Apt, everyone was extremely kind to my daughter during each procedure needed. We arrived early, were seen early, and moved through several procedures efficiently. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Make sure they have everything correct with your billing and insurance before they submit. They flat out refused to correct a billing issue that they messed up and resubmit it to insurance. Insurance couldn’t pay it since it was incorrect so I got sent to collections. My insurance even called them to show them the mistake and they wouldn’t correct it and resubmit it.
My daughter has been at this location since she was 1 she is now 10, she was a patient with Dr. Judd who was great and in the middle of a large amount of testing to try and find the cause of what she was experiencing her doctor moved one hour and twenty minutes away which we went there for a follow up on the test she was ordered. Doing this required me to sign to have those text sent to her new office at which no one told me that if we did that she could no longer be seen at this location. We drove 40 minutes for my son’s appointment after the local urgent care recommended this place for his elbow injury. We arrived and were told we could not be seen for his appointment because we did not have X-Rays on us. It would’ve been nice to know when we scheduled the appointment that we’d need to provide that on a disc but instead, we wasted time and gas.
