So pisted they made an appointment with me I waited 3 weeks go in for my appointment and they couldn't find my appointment or my referral so I had to have my stuff faxed over again and they said doctor has to review it before I could be seen it takes 2 seconds to look at it but they said they couldn't see me until doctor looks at it then asks me if it's ok they do injections only after telling me over the phone the doctor does prescribe pain meds that they treated me like a drug addict and not a patient that has severe pain ... read more

Have tried numerous times to get a hold of someone at this office to schedule an appointment. I was told by the Dr. someone would call me within 2 days after my appointment to schedule, that was 2 weeks ago. There are no specific hours on the message lines, you’d think if doctors are referring they would at least have someone answering phones. Do not waste your time! Look elsewhere!!

SSM you should be ashamed of what you are putting patients through making them take the stairs while your elevator is out of service for four weeks. I sat in the waiting room of Suite 200 and saw numerous patients out of breath who have struggled to reach the suite is heartbreaking. And you don't even have anyone to help them up or down the stairs is showing little compassion in your part. This situation is nothing but accidents waiting to happen.
