I'm leaving this review specifically for Dr. Saima Baig. She was my client's psychiatrist and was beyond unprofessional. There wasn't a single appointment she was on time for, including his initial intake. We always were forced forced wait up to an hour past our appointment because she wasn't even in the office. And after months of my client seeing her, she still didn't know I never went back in for appointments and that he had them on his own. My family member was admitted to this facility, and I am honestly stunned at how far downhill it has gone. This place is supposed to help people with mental health issues, yet the staff acts like they can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. I called three separate times trying to speak with my family member’s doctor, and every single interaction with the nurses was rude, dismissive, and filled with some kind of superiority complex. The staff came to the waiting room and asked why my daughter needed to be seen. Sh already stated all this in the paperwork. In front of other patients she asked her why she was seeking help and when my daughter stated she is dissociated and not ok she told us they crony handle that and told us to call a psychiatrist all I.
