My family member was admitted to this facility, and I am honestly stunned at how far downhill it has gone. This place is supposed to help people with mental health issues, yet the staff acts like they can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. I called three separate times trying to speak with my family member’s doctor, and every single interaction with the nurses was rude, dismissive, and filled with some kind of superiority complex. The staff came to the waiting room and asked why my daughter needed to be seen. Sh already stated all this in the paperwork. In front of other patients she asked her why she was seeking help and when my daughter stated she is dissociated and not ok she told us they crony handle that and told us to call a psychiatrist all I. Front of other patients in the waiting room she was never seen by anyone just embarrassed and turned away in the waiting room
You get no information or communication with the psychiatrist. It's terrible for minors Do better!
This place is terrible. I think it’s sad they are failing adults and children. And feel it’s better to medicate and discharge their patients with no resources or plans to help them in the future to not have recurring issues that lead them there. Money is a priority for them not patient care
