In early February I had a diabetic foot exam performed by my doctor. The office immediately faxed the shoe order to SSM in Fond du Lac. About a month ago I called to find out what the problem was that I hadn't heard from them. They said waiting on insurance. I called again today, now nearly two months out and the same answer. Trying to talk to the cpap supply store. Called 3 different times and the call disconnected after being on hold. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ll find my supplies elsewhere.
