Trying to talk to the cpap supply store. Called 3 different times and the call disconnected after being on hold. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ll find my supplies elsewhere.

In early February I had a diabetic foot exam performed by my doctor. The office immediately faxed the shoe order to SSM in Fond du Lac. About a month ago I called to find out what the problem was that I hadn't heard from them. They said waiting on insurance. I called again today, now nearly two months out and the same answer. I needed to get my first pair of medical compression socks. The person who helped fit me, and then show me extra tips and tricks when I picked them up, was a real gem. Her name is Michelle and she was amazing. I am the type of persons that likes extra information because I get anxious in medical situations. She can melt anxiety :-).
SSM Health at Home was truly amazing and a blessing during a difficult time. They helped me with everything I needed — from my walker, to my walker/transport chair combo, and even my wheelchair rental. They made sure I was comfortable and supported the entire time, and they took the time to show me the easiest way to use everything so I felt confident and safe.
