Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Horrendous I tried to get a tens unit was told I needed the date of my back illness, how long, why I needed it a summary from dr. Dr sent a prescription they wanted more info, then I was told the superiors had enough but I had to go in. I said I don't have a car can they deliver like with mycpap equipment. Said they'd call back. 2 days later I sent an email and was told they'd make and exception but I'd have to talk to driver, see a dr in 30 days and delivery next day. someone.....anyone....answer the phone, please. Better yet.....return a call from a voicemail (or multiple) that have been left.
This was my second time working with SSM Health at Home and Denise was so helpful and extremely kind. The communication was outstanding as well. We had chatted back and forth on the phone and she made it very easy for me to receive a knee scooter from SSM. I will recommend SSM Health at Home to all of my family and friends that are in need of their services! Thanks Denise!
