Let's see, sent my stage 4 parent home to the wrong address, with the wrong medicine. Over medicated her, wouldn't answer my questions, threatened to quit her service when I asked questions. Told me what to tell the Dr to get her reevaluated, then turned all those words against me. If you want your loved one to die with dignity and love, this isn't the company to do it. Lauren and that team are horrible

Ssm Hospice was wonderful with my grandma. We were very pleased with them and would look forward to their visits once or twice a week. If we needed anything they would get it for us! We had a great team! Thank you so much for your help during this difficult time.
