My mother was on their service for about 2 weeks. The staff was exceptionally nice and very professional. Any supplies that were needed was delivered the same or next day. When my mother passed, the nurse who came out to visit was very warm and comforting. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you so much for the care you game my mother during her last days.
Let's see, sent my stage 4 parent home to the wrong address, with the wrong medicine. Over medicated her, wouldn't answer my questions, threatened to quit her service when I asked questions. Told me what to tell the Dr to get her reevaluated, then turned all those words against me. If you want your loved one to die with dignity and love, this isn't the company to do it. Lauren and that team are horrible
