Dr. Babchenko and her team are absolutely wonderful! She just removed the margins from a precancerous mole that I had previously excised and I was so happy with how I was treated throughout the whole process. I tend to get lightheaded and faint and have a lot of anxiety when it comes to procedures like this but she could not have been kinder or more patient with me. I highly recommend Dr. Babchenko and this clinic!
Rescheduled a consult twice over 6 months because they couldn't figure out if it needed to to be with MD or PA. They ran 20 min late for the scheduled appointment, even though I indicated that I had an appointment directly afterwards. Canceled surgery after pre-op even though PCP cleared me, even after confirming surgery time. I don't feel like care is coordinated or competent at this facility.
I wanna start off by saying the African American lady at the front desk was very kind, professional and provided lots of hospitality upon my arrival. She even helped me get there while I was lost over the phone after my Waze navigation sent me the total opposite direction! So I wanna thank her. I had a great experience and will definitely be booking another HydraFacial. The Aesthetician was very knowledgeable and stepped me through what I should and shouldn't be using for skincare products.
Religious affliated hospitals have shown time and again that when push comes to shove, they'll prioritize religious dogma over patient healthcare, even if it means putting the patient's life at risk. If you can avoid them-and not everyone can- don't hesitate. Religion has no place in healthcare.
