After reading reviews, especially the negative ones, it happened to me just now. Had a call cancelling my 1030 consultation today. Edy decided to take the day off! So, no one else available for a consultation!? I won't be rescheduling, but WILL take my skin care questions to Robertson Cosmetic center instead. SSM health needs to do better!
This isn't a facility that is worth going to. I've been attempting to get an appt for 2 years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they move or cancel my appointment THE DAY BEFORE, without warning. They always just expect you to be able to make the appointment or be willing to reschedule for 6 months out. I'm SO tired of trying to deal with them. And this is AFTER one of their surgeons told me that I wouldn't be happy as a C cup, so he refused to do the surgery unless I paid out of pocket and he'd take me to a DD. Which is RIDICULOUS. I had my consult completed in June and I’ve left 4 messages to schedule my surgery and not one person has contacted me back (it’s November). I also told by the front desk employee that consults are free yet I received a bill. I’m beyond frustrated.
Edie explained everything she was going to do . She asked if there was too much tingling and if I was comfortable (I was just fine) Great hydrafacial and dermaplaning.
Dr. Babchenko and her team are absolutely wonderful! She just removed the margins from a precancerous mole that I had previously excised and I was so happy with how I was treated throughout the whole process. I tend to get lightheaded and faint and have a lot of anxiety when it comes to procedures like this but she could not have been kinder or more patient with me. I highly recommend Dr. Babchenko and this clinic!
