My appt was at 2pm with Dr. Hord. I sat and waited in the exam room for 45 minutes! Listening to them laugh and carry on. I'm never going.back!
Worst experience ever! Dr Madelin had my sister come back repeatedly to set her broken wrist. All he wanted to do was keep charging her and the insurance company more money. Wouldn’t X-ray it after he set it, he wanted her to come back again in a week to see if it was in place. Why wouldn’t you do that after you put the cast on!! Now she has to go back for the fifth time! What a scam!!!! I would never go back there!
I'm very sad to see that there are signs at the entrance that state " NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS" Is it that bad if someone needs to use the bathroom, give me a break SSM
