Billing Dept is a Joke!! I was sent for testing by a Doctor there and no one informed me of my out of pocket cost until it was months later and too late to appeal. The doctor has been fired by me for their part in this but this hospital is just as guilty. I attempted to inform them as soon as I got the bill and was given the run around until I had no option but to pay an extra car note of a bill. My grandmother was brought here when she became ill. She has since passed, and simply had succumbed to her condition. However, in spending 8 straight days in the critical care room and waiting room, we were welcomed by the staff and felt safe with our grandma being there. Each staff member that belonged to this critical care unit was extremely diligent.
