No other company offers 3 weeks paid vacation at hire. There are always ways to move up in the company. I have been here 7 years hired on for 6 and Ive been a shift lead for 2. Great people and a friendly atmosphere

I dislike how they do not let people have more time off. We work every other weekend (4 days off a month) for a whole year. When it comes to the holiday season I would hope for more time off to be able to go back home and see family. Now its Christmas and i am sitting here wishing i could go see family but no its my weekend to work. Being that its the same weekend thanksgiving was on so i could not go see them then also. And now they are talking about not giving us new years off. So there goes being able to go see them then ... read more
