ordered a car part for my passat it stated that part was new but when i received it it was oily like the part was used and i reach out via chat and the guy gonna tell me it's supposed to be new. Don't order parts from them cause i paid same price for used when it said it is a new part i could have went to advance auto and got a new one but when i needed it they didn't have cause its hard to get parts for car i have so thats why i ordered online.
