I received a damaged box and the wrong part for my vehicle and returned within 3 days they received it and said that I couldn't get refunded because there was tape all over the box!! How was I supposed to return a heavy alternator in a damaged box?!?!?!?!?!?
I've been a customer with SSF for 3 years - they called me an hour ago to tell me they will no longer deliver to us because we are a little bit too far outside their delivery zone. The service has already gotten progressively worse since I have joined, firing half of your staff a year ago was the beginning of the end. I hardly waste money here any more - you no longer offer important products and you no longer offer same day delivery. I'll take my business elsewhere.
