After years of service my system was put to the real life test of an attempted break in. System worked perfectly and thwarted the attempt. The next day SSD was on site to check the system and premise in person. Great system, great service, and nice people.
I have had many problems with SSD they make appointments and cancel them alway tech is sick or tired up. I’ve had different codes come up and called to stop the beeping. The first one said they will send a tech out for a emergency fee,total inexcusable. Two weeks out to get someone there. This is a restaurant and can not have beeping going off.
