David Watkins from SSD is our guy! Anytime we have questions or concerns he's always there for us. Recently we had issues with a tenant requesting documents and it didn't make any sense to us what they were requesting. David offered to jump on a conference call, he asked the right questions and was able to help us. Having a rep that's always available like him is what makes things move smoothly.

We are very pleased we chose SSD Alarm for our home security. Starting with Jesse to get an evaluation and quote for our needs, the service has been great. The installation tech was professional, polite and informative about our system. We feel very secure in our home.
