Stay away from this vascular Dr. Salloum. I had an appointment, but he didn't even want to look at or touch my legs. Dr. Salloum needs to retire; it was a complete waste of time. They charge insurance despite doing nothing. He didn't seem to believe me when I told him I feel cramps in my veins
I was informed by 3 different staff. The secretary, and 2 different nurses of the procedure I was to have. All were different. Prep for procedure. Doctor never introduced himself to me nor explained what procedure I was having done and I never saw the doctors face.
My dad was referred to SS Vascular by his primary care physician for a new patient consultation. During his first visit, he was shocked to witness cockroaches in the waiting room while checking in—and again in a back room on the first floor. He gave the office the benefit of the doubt, but during his second visit for an ultrasound, he encountered the same issue: cockroaches in the waiting area. SS VASCULAR Escondido location is AMAZING!!! They took my bluecross medi-cal insurance. I was referred by my podiatrist at Neighborhood healthcare. The medical assistants & the ultrasound technicians are friendly and super helpful. I had Dr. Stefan Moldovan. I felt cared for, along with his attention to detail to make sure every treatment was successful. I went from a pain level of 7-8 to a 1-2 after everything was done. I highly recommend them for all your vein problems and needs.
I was in the waiting room (not a patient) waiting for someone getting an ultrasound. There was a man in a wheelchair in excruciating pain from a procedure he had 3 days prior. They wouldn't see him because his follow up appointment wasn't until later(he had confused the time). All of the nurses & front office staff ignored him & I think it was the office manager told him "we confirmed your appointment was at 1:00 (it was 11:00).
