We hired Davey Tree to remove a tree fallen from a storm, grind and fill & then additionally we chose them to plant a new tree. We worked with Ethan Brekner for this. They did remove the fallen tree. The work was timely. The communication in the beginning was good. Our issues: the filling of the area where the tree was removed is awful. There are many dips a few feet long. Great team of educated pruners. Prior to any pruning was started, the team walked through their approach and took the time to educating, answering questions and did a great job of cleaning up.
A boulevard tree was in desperate need of being trimmed because we could not see oncoming traffic when we pulled out of our alley. Our city could not give us a time that they would come and trim the tree so, the arborist submitted the permit for us, expedited it, and was there the next day. The tree was trimmed and we can now see oncoming traffic clearly. This is extraordinary service!
