This place serves a niche market and they do it well. I was satisfied with the first phone interaction even though the information I was after wasn't provided. I was interested in a used car priced below market value. I test drove the car and the no nonsense service was appreciated. Just provided my license they handed me a magnetic dealer tag and said the keys were in it. The information that I needed was bald tires and a brake issue. If I knew from first phone conversation it would have saved me time.
