Despite the litany of ways to contact me, I was sent to collections without notice. No emails or phone calls until the collection agency. Huge drop in credit is excellent for mental health. Immediately paid in full to collection agency and working to get the credit hit dropped but so much stress could have been prevented with a phone call or, I don't know, any office staff to talk about charges day-of like 99% of other practices Go elsewhere. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. No one was at the desk so I rang the bell. Still no one ever came. Office workers would walk through from time to time and never ask if I needed help. I finally asked a worker for help and they got me the paperwork. I filled that out and continued to sit. After 40 minutes I decided to leave since no one had even come out to say there would be a delay. This was highly unprofessional and disappointing.
