First, Dana, you shouldn’t say I called the wrong place, and if I couldn’t pronounce the guy’s name, dont say he doesnt work there. If things cant be solved in the first place, dont try to patch it when things are not fixed, because at the end, that water on the ceiling will have no place to go. Ceiling would’ve completely destroyed. Also, I emailed you guys 3 weeks ago, no response. Then I came back to country, called you, Dana responses with rude attitude, rude comments and doesnt help at all.
