Somewhat disappointed. We agreed a few days before what day they were going to show up and do the work. I was at working that day and agreed they could show up and do the work while I wasnt home. Day of I get no phonecall. I wait until 2pm and call them to find out they apparently showed up and finished already. Thats great but I would have appreciated "hey im going to be there in an hour, anything I should know?" Or "hey we finished the work, everything went fine". S&S Roofing came when they said they would, everyone communicated well with us from sales to the workers... just an overall great experience and would definitely recommend them!

One of the most important considerations I make when chosing a company to work with, especially on big ticket items, is their ability/willingness to fix any mishaps or things that have gone wrong. I have worked with S&S before and it took time to find the problem but boy did they come through!! Pleasant to work with, Austin is straight forward, and the roofing team did a fantastic job! Thanks S&S

Yay to Manny and his team!. They came out and placed screws and tape to help our windows be solid and last many years to come. Manny and his team (with kimball roofing) are so easy to talk to and we would love to have them help us in the future. se. we liked how they did culking between our windows and the brick work!! Very good culk work Many was so good to put the foam around our windows, bless his heart, so we are not cold in the winter time. thanks so much!
