I was charged over $300 for them to come out and tell me what I already told them was wrong... they didn't try solving resolving issue at all or help in any way. Would not recommend
I told them what was wrong before they came out. They tried to charge me over 300 just to tell me i was right and they didnt fix anything because the area "has low power" my ac went out right after he left. They were here less than 30 minutes. Ive never fealt more scammed. I have to fix it myself even after paying them.
Was charged $250 just for them to drive out here then was trying to charge $160 for less than 45 minutes of "labor" just for them to tell me our A/C was about to go out, which it did right after he left. Go anywhere else but here.
Make sure you’re aware of their astronomical fees and rates prior to getting serviced. We were charged a $160 service call fee PLUS an additional $160 per hour.
El servicio está pésimo por todo te quieren cobrar el técnico bien prepotente y solo te dices las cosas para confundirte y hacerte saber que el trabajo lo está haciendo bien pero el servicio es lo normal ….muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo 👎 0%
