Disappointed with the quality and customer service, and surprised by the unexpected variation charges at the end
We had S&S Renovations complete roof waterproofing a few months ago, and it has already started leaking again. Our tenants have been complaining about ongoing leaks, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, there has been no response or effort to fix the issue. Very disappointing workmanship and poor customer service.
The person who plastered and replaced the celling was ok, but the person who the paintedc inside the house and toilet was not good. He painted the wall twice and it still wasn't perfect, and when he painted my bathroom ceiling he didn't sand it and he didn't use anti-mold paint so there was no result.

Shahin and his team were very professional, fast and friendly. Their attention to detail was great and their price very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them. Work done: Replacement of cornices, gyprock ceiling and plaster work.
