Absolutely terrible experience. Very slow to repair anything broke. Did not clean carpets or paint before I moved in. Would not return my deposit. Do not do business with this company

Do not rent the house at 812 E. Washington St. In Belleville, it has foundation crack and the basement floods everytime it rains also the drive way belongs to the people who own the house next to it and they will show up and complain about you parking there. They lie to you about the property line.they are the worse to rent from. I rented for 9 years from them only to have my rent raised so high with no upgrades or repairs done They never do the repairs that need done. Claira the manager is pure evil.
