This company seems to have either unqualified technicians or they're just skilled at scamming people. My parents showed me a quote they received from SS Plumbing & Heating, and it was for an entire control board. I was shocked, so I had a friend of mine go there to get a second opinion. Turns out, the control board was perfectly fine—what was actually needed was just a pressure switch. It's really disappointing how they try to upsell unnecessary repairs, especially to seniors who may not know much about furnaces or AC system... read more
Waiting since 11 for top up on New a,c.i jess since they been paid they don't need to show up on time,and get the runaround when phoned.update still no show lol.what else can u do.....not a way to run a business..... .^$#$&? I would put zero stars if I could. DO NOT HIRE!!! In summer we had SS Plumbing install a brand new toilet for us. Months went by and and now we are starting to renovate our house (update kitchen and redo the floors). On January 12th we had Clinton come to look at our kitchen plumbing and give us a quote to move the sink and add a dishwasher. We never heard from him...
