Work not done to code, be mindful of choosing this company. Family member had water tank installed (gas) and the venting is undersized not to code, backdrafting and dumping combustion by products back into their house . She has been trying to get this company to help and the owner manager has been very difficult to fix the issue. Very disappointing and something serious could happen. Stay away from this company. Clearly tas you can see in other reviews, cut corners dont do things right and not willing to fix or own mistakes.
Used them for years but never again. They're unreliable and cancelled an appointment with 30 minutes notice after I'd arranged my entire day around said appointment. Front office staff didn't seem to care, so I'll be looking for a new plumbing/heating company going forward. Not the best way to treat a long standing customer.
Had a new toilet installed. Excellent communication with the office and installer. Efficient and very clean. Thx to Clinton and Josh. Am very pleased with this new fixture.

Excellent communication. Fully trained and experienced employees. Proud to say we have used them since we moved into our home almost a decade ago. Keep up the Tremendous work SS!!
