We live all the way out in La Vernia TX so we thought it would be a while for them to schedule a repair at our home. But to our surprise... they treated us like we were just around the corner. They sent a tech out the next morning and had it repaired in just a few hours. My wife is so happy that S & S did everything in such a short amount of time and everything works great. And the two men that showed up were very polite and professional. We will recommend this company every time.
WOW!! Very professional and courteous to keep the area clean while they performed their work. The service crew located a hard to find leak in the ceiling with ease. Repaired and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Very professional, confident and courteous. My new go to for all plumbing !
The service representatives arrived promptly at the scheduled time, were courteous and professional, offered to assist with checking if current warranties were still valid, provided recommendations to improve my water heating system with no pressuring and were very knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job repairing my home system and provided fair pricing. I will be contacting their company again this week for some additional plumbing service needs at my home.
S&S Plumbing is now my go to plumber. I've had them out 2 times. I had extensive work done the first time for a hydrostatic test and drain cleaning. They showed up on time and did a thorough job. They provided great feedback and the work they completed was beyond my expectation. I had them out again for low water pressure and for some odd jobs. I had 3 estimates done on the water leak next to the meter. I chose S&S Plumbing because they were confident and gave a thorough explanation and the steps they were going to take to fix the leak. I saved their info and will be using them for any future plumbing issues.
