Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the technician arrived right on time. They explained the backflow testing process clearly, completed the inspection efficiently, and submitted all required paperwork without any hassle on my end. Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for anyone needing annual backflow testing or repairs.
S&S plumbing came out to fix our slab leak. They promptly arrived on time to give an estimate to reroute the pipe through our attic. Once we approved the estimate, the guys returned to make the repair. They were quick and efficient with the repair as well as knowledgeable and friendly.
Jesse and Ian came out today to give us a second opinion on the state of our old cast iron plumbing. I really appreciate their honesty and insight into the situation, they gave us some suggestions to consider that weren't mentioned by other companies. Jesse has also helped us out with some leaking shower pipes in the past. Overall I consider S&S plumbing to be a very professional, efficient and fair company. They're our first choice when it comes to plumbing.
Excellent service. Quoted a job for 1 and half labor but ended up completing in 45 minutes to save me money! They charged a fraction of what other plumbing companies tried to charge me. Honesty from a contractor company? Who would of thought? Very personable and reasonable rates. Job fixed with no issues. Will definitely hire them again for all my plumbing needs.
