James and his apprentice/partner, I assume, came out and made a quick and easy fix of my disposal that seized up. Even provided some tips to help maintain/prevent the issue in the future. Both were very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues.
Was scheduled for service between 9:30 AM-2:30 PM but arrived late @ 3:34 PM. Was watching them work and the job could have been done in 45 minutes to 1 hour max, but it seems like they stretched it out to 4:50 PM (1 hr and 16 minutes) and was charged a full 2 hour labor. Would not recommend at all!
Jesse and Kyle are absolutely fantastic. They were on time, professional, clean and well versed on all things plumbing. In the picture Jesse and Kyle are fixing the shower knob that had not worked since I moved into the house. The video is a momentous moment ! For the first time since owning the house (almost two years) the shower head sprayed water!!! Before, nothing came out because the knob was broken/stuck. Jesse was able to fix the leak quickly, he and his helper were very professional and explained what needed to be done. Deb was able to get me on the schedule quickly.
Great service. Jesse and Ian were very courteous, informative and professional. If ever needed again, I would definitely use S&S Plumbing again thanks to the service I got from Jesse and Ian.
