Been here before, never a bad experience until yesterday. I’m usually a walk in so I’m always patient. The guy who does feet and barely speaks English ended up doing my nails which made me uneasy from the get go. Had a color picked. Told me they don’t have it. Second color picked also didn’t have. Third color picked, a thinner sparkly color that would need 3-4 coats. Dude literally told me no 2 coats only and it looked terrible. The best nail salon in Medina and surrounding areas. It took me almost 4 years of living here to find S&S and it’s always such a great experience, easy to get in with and the work is perfect. They introduced me to builder gel and it’s the best. Tom did my nails last and was great, along with all the other girls who’ve filled my builder gel. They are flawless and I’m so glad I’ve found them!
Denise is amazing! I just sit down and ask her to be creative and do whatever she wants. I've been there twice. I absolutely love her designs.
Had a pedicure by Gwen, she did an amazing job through every step. I am excited to have finally found someone that takes time to do a good job.
Love this place.
