Simply awesome experience from an unexpected water heater breakdown. Started my morning with no hot water and found my water heater spewing water everywhere, inches already flooding the space. Called McCorry and they were quick to help me best they could over the phone and sent someone out within a half hour. Chaz and Andres were incredible, going above and beyond to clean up the water, share ALL the options for replacing, very patient with all my questions and then replacing the unit. Highly recommended McCorry!!! The experience from ordering through installation was excellent. The entire team was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Our heater broke during the holidays, yet despite the busy time of year, their response time was outstanding. Chaz was the service technician who first came out.
