McCorry did what they said they’d do when they said they would do it. The installers were competent and determined to make the new HVAC work. They were prepared, and professional. As promised, they took all remaining parts and equipment with them when they left. I had a good experience with the salesperson and feel that the price was fair. I would use McCorry again.
As always, your guy was really helpful and knowledgeable. My call was an odd request and I really appreciated the prompt response!
Joff was extremely attentive when we first reached out because our AC wasn’t working. It was 6:30 pm and He came out immediately and found out it was the capacitor that went bad. He had a new capacitor first thing in the morning and had it fixed in no time at all. He had also followed up via text multiple times to make sure that everything was working and the temperature was dropping. We can’t be happier with the prompt service from Joff at McCorry. The best!!!
My client was discharged from hospital on June 25, 2025 and we returned to her condominium only to discover that the air conditioning system was not operable. It was Day 3 of the 4 Day heatwave in Philadelphia. Not surprisingly all of the air-conditioning contractors contacted were tied up and gave estimates of 5 to 7 days before they could come by. We had an excellent experience with Mccorry Heating & Cooling. Our aged AC unit needed to be replaced and Mccorry was very quick to diagnose the issue and have our unit replaced. Everyone from the phone receptionist to the technicians were very professional and friendly. We are very satisfied and would reccomend them to our friends and family.
