One word to describe S&S Heating and Cooling is Awesome…. It was November when I called and needed new furnace and they were quick to respond and very reasonable and most of all the customer service we received was phenomenal !!!
Uneducated and sloppy individuals in this company. Used dye in my Daikin unit in which destroys EEV Valve Mini Split systems! My $15K system is trashed now. I must also mention they are very insulting, No people skills at all. OWNER, Please educate your techs to use a proper micron gauge when using a vacuum and also pressure test the system with nitrogen first.. This is simple HVAC procedure!!

I was very impressed with the new furnace that was installed by these folks. Very friendly and respectful. They cleaned up their mess when they were done and did a follow up call to make sure I had heat. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommended.
