S&S is a company that clearly cares about the quality of their work, as well as good customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would! I was in need of emergency repairs, and they were able to send out a technician promptly to diagnose and fix the problem all in the same day - it clearly wasn't their first rodeo! I've been using them for the last 8 years and they are always quick to respond and they do great work. If I could give more than 5 I would.
Diagnosed problem quickly. Ordered replacement machine and had it switched out in less that 2 hours when it came in.
