I would give them a negative review. We rented a photobooth for a Friday event and they did not share the videos till now. You could barely reach out to them after the final payment is made. They were very prompt in collecting payments. Follow up with you even during the middle of the event for payments, but once the payment is made, they will ghost you in messages and phone calls. Excellent service, punctuality, and professionalism. Saday guided us through the selection process to find the perfect tent for our event in record time; her team did an incredible job, braving the inclement weather. The tent is absolutely beautiful, exceeding all our expectations. Included the dance floor , our event was absolutely fantastic!!!!! Thanks for all the hard work!

Working with Shaday was an absolute pleasure. She was our event planner for my daughter’s quinceañera. The event decoration was so beautiful that a lot of our guests compared it to a wedding. I would definitely recommend Shaday. We are forever grateful for the planning and support she provided us.
I had a bad experience on one of the most important days of my life. We went to the venue a week before to see how the decoration would look. The tablecloths were wrinkled, and she set up the table in a separate area where no one could find it. We gave her four hours to decorate, but my guests arrived and they were still there because she only sent two people to do the decorations.
