I was very disappointed as I needed to get over to get onto the 19 on-ramp and the driver of your van could have easily been kind and let me in. Instead I had to slam on my brakes to pull behind him. You might want to speak to your drivers about how they represent your company. I will be sure to tell everybody never to use your company because you don't have anybody kind. From lead by example.
We called this company on an emergency situation on Tuesday, they gave us as their best time , Thursday. By the way they installed our a/c system. I won't call them never again.
OK, overpriced and dishonest. These people messed up an installation when working with the home builders. So the installation was their fault and they agreed to this. At least they were honest about that however, they tried to charge me another visit fee while they were already on site and once they saw the error, they backed down off the additional $400 service charge. These guys went above and beyond! Usually, when you are dealing with technicians, or people that are in the service industry, it definitely feels like a money or a time suck, but with these guys they saved me both! I called after hours and someone texted me and let me know that they’d be there in the morning early. They also offered to send me a video to see if I could rectify the issue for myself.
