My wife and I have made several purchases from Shane at S&S Custom Cycle. He is generous with his knowledge and is a great source of custom parts and support for the less "mainstream" makes and models. When my wife called to order a part for my bike as a birthday present, Shane treated her with respect and patience when she had questions. (Sadly, that has not been the case with some other motorbike parts suppliers she has called in the past.) Kudos, Shane, may your business flourish!
I ordered a carburetor through Shane at SS Custom and had an excellent experience! Shane took the time to answer all my questions to make sure I was getting all the proper things needed for this conversion. Customer service is few and far between these days, but that's what you will get here I highly recommend them.
Outstanding customer service and a ton of after market parts.
I live in Canada and work at a powersports shop myself but Shane was nice enough to help me pick out the right bars for my bike and myself. If and when I ever have to purchase parts at retail again(instead of staff cost)I have no doubt that if I need expert advice I will be sending my questions and money in shane's direction.
