There was a very nice and knowledgeable young man minding the store. Unfortunately they couldn't help us. But they didn't charge us to tell us what was wrong. And they pointed us in the right direction to find parts for our desktop... I would use them again for sure ...

Scott managed to save files that I wanted to keep pretty badly, on a flash drive from a destroyed computer. Fast, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommend if you're not good with computers like myself 👍🏻
