I do game animation development & online education from home, so I actually need a gaming PC at the top of the line. Sean Stanley was incredibly helpful walking me through every step of the process. Sean Sr. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took my Surface Pro in for repair. Considering how difficult these units are to repair, he spent hours trying to get it working, but the tab wouldn’t boot. He didn’t charge me as the surface was beyond repairable. Also, they are very professional and honest and print an actual work order to keep track of repairs and price transparency. Hands down, this is the best computer repair shop in the Cedar Park area.
So glad I found this shop! My graphics card died on me, but I wasn't 100% sure. S&S completed a test on my card within the hour (even with 4-5 repairs in front of me) and called me to let me know the bad news. They didn't charge me to simply test the card and although I'm out a graphics card, I found a reliable/honest PC repair shop in Cedar Park. Also I came by about 30 min before closing and they still went above and beyond. 10/10
I found S&S after looking for local repair shops on google. I wanted to find some place where I could sit down and discuss my PC issues face to face. I brought in my MSI laptop because it had an inflated battery and a broken GPU fan that was making a TON of noise. I came in and they were absolutely as friendly as can be. My computer totally died on me and would not come up again. I had always relied on HP to help me navigate any problems I had with my 10 year old computer. Even though I used it very little, I needed a reliable and private computer.
