They come to fix my pc and it was so slow after he left. So I called immediately and he ask could he come tomorrow. I agreed. They did not show, I called and left messages for over a week. I ended up hiring someone else and having to pay twice. They finally called after the fact with a after the fact attitude. Needless to say the customer service was not good this time around😔

The Sean's are by far our favorite vendors. We have been working with them for about 5 years now and with each encounter they have been courteous, professional, fair, honest, and prompt with their service. From "is it turned on?" to total system failure, S&S has continued to provide the same level of outstanding customer service.
