Shannon is such a kind person! I booked an eyelash extension appointment with her a week ahead of my wedding. She provided a little touch up kit and some tools to give to my wedding makeup artist. As these was my first eyelash extensions, I did a very poor job with aftercare and unfortunately some lashes fell out. I put myself on the waitlist to get it fixed as she was fully booked for the rest of the week but she kindly offered to fill my eyelash extensions for free, early in the morning, the day before my wedding. This is my fave place for lash lifts! Shannon and her team have amazing technical skill and such high standards for cleanliness and hygiene, which really puts me at ease. My lash lift by Jennifer was perfect and lasted over 2 months.
I had such an amazing experience here with Shannon! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She talked me through every step of the process, which I really appreciated. You can tell she truly cares about her work—she took her time to make sure every single lash was perfect. Booked a lash lift and tint with Shannon and she was absolutely lovely! She really cared about the customer experience, offering a blanket and snacks and really made you feel comfortable. The lashes themselves turned out so so pretty!! I love.
Jen did such an amazing job on my stubborn lashes! I 10:10 will be doing ONLY Korean lashes from now on♥️ I got home and booked my mom in right away lol. Love love love🫶
