This place is first class JR top-of-the-line mechanic
Hash Ho (the owner?) has ZERO patience for simple questions. I asked what model # was of the tires he was selling and when can I come buy them...blocked me before I even got an answer. Wrote him from a ghost account, answers there and asked when I can come get them. Says someone is at the shop, asks me when I'm coming (as I'm getting ready to go) and blocks me again because I didn't respond in a timely manner. Replaced our battery very quickly. Also topped up our oil and wiper fluid for free. Would recommend!
Got my car towed when my alternator and my water pump went out at the same time. Second they opened they started helping me and we super cool and nice about it all. Took them only a day and my car was fixed and running smooth again. For work on a 2002 Cadillac with a northstar V8 I am happy with how it all turned out. Customer service 10/10 Work ethic 10/10 Over all attitude 10/10
