We were traveling from South Carolina to Indiana when we developed a brake problem. I called S&S and they said to bring it in immediately. Within two hours, we were back on the road with four, BADLY NEEDED sets of brakes. I couldn't believe it when I saw them! We would have missed out on an important family event if it wasn't for them. This shop is absolutely amazing! Our brake line broke as we were traveling back to Tennessee, and they immediately took us in and serviced our vehicle. Completely professional, thorough and exceptional in customer service. A wonderful veteran-owned business!
These folks are great. Got my problems diagnosed, gave me all the info I needed to fix, and had a quality conversation with a real person.
These guys go above and beyond for their customers. I had broke down on the side of 75 on my way to Florida had to stop at a hotel and the lady at the hotel gave me their name. It was Saturday night. I called them. they told me come in. They’ll take a look, come in when they were closed worked on my car found out that it couldn’t be fixed.
